Every video game franchise has its best, worst, and average games. In Duke's case, Forever was his worst. It took the franchise into a direction no Duke fan loves. So maybe this blog post can help stear the franchise back into its old self.

Duke Nukem '5' should be titled 'FiveFold', since the games have a tendency to use a number and another word.

Definetly should be built with Unreal 3 or 4 for badass graphics.

All weapon and equipment carry just like the Duke 3D.

No shield health system like Halo and CoD, just reuse Mahattan Project's EGO health system.

General: No aiming down gun sights, except for a sniper rifle (in this game, how about a Barret .50cal?), no toggle sprint (use walking and running modes like the XBOX LIVE version of Duke 3D), Mi…

This is a true story. A girl died in 1933. A man buried her when she was still alive. The murder chanted, "Toma Sota balcu," as he buried her. Now that you have read this chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will be on your ceiling. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. If you post this on your profile, she will not bother you. Your kindness will be rewarded. Lucillia

Not too much has been said about the game itself, and we haven't got much gameplay. However what is confirmed is that a studio know as Interceptor Entertainment has been hard at work on the Duke Nukem re-make, they claimed that they are 90% finished with the game, and a future date for the game will be confirmed when they get the go ahead from Gearbox Software. The studio has also set up the chance for you to be a beta tester for the game, all you have to do is visit: www.dukenukemreloaded.com and sign up. For now the game has been put on hold until they can fully launch it, but apparently this title will be a Xbox Live and PSN downloadable title, and won't be a full boxed release. For more information on the game, visit the website link a…

Randy Pitchford of Gearbox stated at the Penny Arcade Expo that the company, aside from finishing Duke Nukem Forever after its long, troubled development by other studios, intends to make a Duke game of its own. Here's a quote:

"And then soon… I know that you guys figured out that, when Gearbox acquired the franchise, we didn't do it just to make sure we could all play Duke Forever, but because we wanted to make our own Duke game. Soon, we'll talk about that, but not today. [the crowd cheers]"

What do you think? Duke Nukem Fover has gathered rather mixed opinions. Will a new Duke game made from scratch by the makers of Borderlands be better?

I used to come on this wiki all the time, what has happened to it? O.O Who is in charge? Who runs this place? Duke Nukem was kick ass and so should his wiki be to, if the person in charge views this! CONTACT ME! This place looks cruddy at the moment and needs a HUGE REVAMP! Get staff! Get Help! Get whoever you need! This wiki looks to plain! Back when I was younger, I loved the wiki, its set up was pretty cool, it cannot be like that but it should be close! The color around it is to plain and the pages are a mess! O.O This could be something awesome!

If you do not want it to change, fine! But listen to me, it needs a revamp. I also wanted to ask a few questions.

    • Where are your userboxes?
    • There should be more info in the articles
    • Something just…

As seen in the normal retail copy of Duke Nukem Forever there's a ad stating that there will indeed be some 'bodacious' DLC for DNF coming this summer. Also, voice actor for Duke Nukem Jon St. John let something slip

"Even though the game is still finished, of course there will be special add-on packs and features including... I don't know if I am allowed to talk about this or not... something that may involve singing. I'll leave it at that,” said Jon St. John.

So what do you think will be in the DLC for DNF that could involve singing? Hopefully Duke singing 'Born to be Wild', eh?

Now that Duke Nukem Forever is finally out developers Gearbox Software and publishers 2K Games. At this point they're playing on the 360 version of DNF, so if you w…

One of the biggest jokes in all of gaming is about to be put to rest, and developer Gearbox Software wants you in Dallas, Texas to help them celebrate the end of Duke Nukem Forever's storied, fourteen-year-long development cycle.

If you can prove you are over 21 years of age and live in the United States, mark June 11, 2011 on your calendars. Starting at 8 pm., Gearbox will be hosting "Duke Nukem Presents: Happy Ending", a Duke-themed party with entertainment from The Crystal Method and DJ Jazzy Jeff.

You can go here to request an invitation. However, it's likely that they will be out of bubblegum by the time you arrive, so be ready to kick some ass instead.

Starting today we are looking for people who wouldn't mind giving up some free time to boost the status of this wiki to make it more appealing for new users who may stumble across it. To do this I would like to invite all interested parties to come join me in steam chat over on our group page (link found below). I hope that with our combined efforts we could make a substantial push that would catapult this wiki to the level it should be.

After 15 years of development, it looks like Duke Nukem Forever is now officially not vaporware anymore, as we've just received this press release confirming that the game has now gone gold. The game is to be released on June 10 internationally and on June 14 in North America for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Did you bet on the Duke?

After being handled by as many as four development studios (starting originally with Duke Nukem series creators 3D Realms), the final version of the game was made by Gearbox Software, the developers of Borderlands. A demo is to be launched on June 3 for all platforms, for members of the Duke Nukem First Access Club (you can become one by buying the GOTY edition of Borderlands or by pre-ordering DNF) . As can be…

In an effort to bring this wiki to where I want it to be I've had to do a lot of things I've never done before... and a ton of stuff I haven't done in years. For starters I haven't touched wiki's for years so when I decided to give this thing some CPR I had to relearn everything from scratch. But I was okay with this... this after all was my idea so I of coarse had to put in a little effort after all; its to be expected. Yet, as time goes on I find myself growing as a person from this wiki, it may sound odd but it really isn't... I love all things Duke and while I get lost researching my projects for this wiki I find myself getting in touch with my childhood a bit. To be honest I actually haven't played a Duke game in years but now I find …
