Is a voice actress and a voice casting director who has provided the voice most of the female characters in most of the Duke Nukem games, most notably Duke Nukem 3D.
Minella was also the person who got Jon St. John the role of Duke Nukem .

Lani Minella was the person who contacted Jon St John for the Role of Duke Nukem in Duke Nukem 3D as Jon himself said in at Interview:
Jon St John:
"While working as the creative services director for a San Diego radio station in 1995, I met Lani Minella, a video game voice casting director, who was in my studio to record some commercial project. We started showing-off doing character voices for each other, and she asked me if I would like to audition for some video game voice work. Naturally I said yes, and Duke Nukem 3D was one of the first games that I auditioned for and booked."
