Melee in Duke Nukem Forever is punching and buttstroking with your weapon. It does 30 points of damage and seems to be a little glitchy in multiplayer. In the campaign, sometimes enemies get on their knees when they almost die and you can do a execution which Duke punches or kicks the enemy so hard that it knocks them down and more blood comes on the screen. Doing an execution, it refills your EGO instantly.
