Park Edit

Park (also known as Park: The Episode) is a total conversion for Duke Nukem 3D (compatible with version 1.3d of Duke Nukem 3D, as well as Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition (version 1.4/1.5)). It was created by THE PARK Team and released on February 28th, 1999. The original version of Park was created as a total conversion for Shadow Warrior. The only known version of Park released for Duke Nukem 3D is the demo version (version 0.9); it is unknown if the Duke Nukem 3D version of the mod was ever completed.

Development Edit

The Shadow Warrior version of Park started development on June 12th, 1997. The first map of the mod was finished on October 8th, 1997. The full version was released on May 28th, 1998. Several updates (versions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, and 1.5) were released to fix various glitches; eventually, the final version, version 1.6, was released on September 21st, 1998. There are 14 levels in the final Shadow Warrior release of Park.

The Duke Nukem 3D version of Park contains one new episode with one new level and new graphics (some are from Shadow Warrior and some are brand new).
