The Plug 'N' Pray episode is unique to Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown. It contains six levels and a secret level (a slightly modified version of Faces of Death from Duke Nukem 3D, such that it now has a level exit). Some textures and sprites are added from the Duke Nukem 3D episode, The Birth, but also features new content. Almost every level is based on a certain game or series. The boss enemy of this episode is CyberKeef.

The levels:

1. Nightmare ZoneEdit

• Based on Tomb Raider
• A long and difficult level which more than lives up to its name. Watch out for trip wires!

2. Trackside TragedyEdit

• Based on the "Wipeout" series.

Be careful along the track, watch what you step on and remember to keep you're eyes open in the tunnels, as the colour makes enemies blend in with the surroundings!

3. Gates MotelEdit

• Based on "Resident Evil", "The Shining" and other horror films.

4. Duke RoyaleEdit

Based on Quentin Tarantino movies.

Visit the locations from Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. Bit of advice: Don't be so eager to leave the strip bar, you'll end up with several rockets in the face. Suck it down!

5. Alien RendezvousEdit

Try and make it to that UFO whilst avoiding several Battlords (eight on Come Get Some!)

6. Ministry of FearEdit

Panic in the disco!

7. Faces of Death (secret level)Edit

Only fools are wary enough to venture here.
