Prima Arena is the only secret level of Alien World Order in Duke Nukem 3D and takes place in Rome. It can be reached via the secret exit on Mirage Barrage.

Secrets

Secret 1: Inside the locker

Upon starting the level, head out the door, take a right, and then another right into the ladies' locker room. There is one locker that is wider than the other two. Open it, destroy the obstacles, and walk into the locker.

Secret 2: Crack at the end of the hallway

In the first corridor of the level, go all the way to the right end of the hallway. Look for a crack in the wall, and blast through the crack to claim the second secret.

Secret 3: Ledge inside the hole

In the outermost circle of the outdoor arena, there is a massive hole in the ground. Facing the hole from the center of the arena, go to the top-right corner of the hole and drop down. In this corner of the hole, there is a thin ledge where it is possible to land and find an Atomic Health. This thin ledge is considered a secret area.

Secret 4: Atop the broken pillar

Drop down one of the holes to the lower level of the arena. From inside the bathhouse with the Overlord Sentry, walk out into the hallway, turn left, and head to the end of the corridor. At the end of the hallway, there is a broken pillar in a pool of water. Standing on the broken pillar will cause a secret compartment to open in the left wall.

Secret 5: Crawlspace behind the door

In the room with the Red Access Card, close the door. Behind the door, there is a crawlspace that leads to the last secret area.

Trivia

  • The Blue Access Card can be skipped entirely on this level, similar to Bloody Hell.
  • In this level, a Jetpack can be found. It will be useful in the next level, Tour de Nukem, instead of having to jump a lot in that level.
  • According to the developer commentary, Richard Bailey Gray cut some sectors out of the level as he felt the level was too confusing to navigate. These cut sectors can still be seen by using the DNSHOWMAP and DNCLIP cheats to reach them. These sectors originally had enemies in them, making it impossible to get 100% kills without cheating, but this was fixed with the November 2, 2016 patch.
  • The sprites for the fire jets surrounding the Battlelord in the main arena are borrowed from the classic Apogee game Rise of the Triad and similarly appeared in LameDuke, the December 1994 prototype of Duke Nukem 3D.
